Affordable Wellness Without Barriers

City Acupuncture’s mission is to provide affordable acupuncture, massage, nutritional and herbal medicine at a price where people can come regularly so they can get well and stay well. The cost of healthcare keeps rising, and there is not enough emphasis on prevention of disease- our goal is to change that.

We treat a wide range of conditions from injury, to musculoskeletal issues, to digestive health, women’s health, fertility, emotional wellness and more. Each acupuncturist has their own style and treatment skill set, but we all can treat any conditions that we are presented with. I am most proud of the fact that people almost always have their issues improve or completely resolve when they come in and follow the treatment plan prescribed by their practitioner.

On a personal level I feel proud to be able to educate people about their health in all aspects- physical and mental, because in Chinese medicine its all connected so when the body heals it’s all aspects. I like to see people take charge of their health and affect change in their own lives. I feel proud to be a part of that.

Rosalind Bullard, L.Ac., MSTOM

Owner, City Acupuncture Silver Lake

(She/Her/Hers)

Rosalind is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist, and the founder of City Acupuncture Silver Lake. Known for her calm presence and deeply attuned style of care, she works collaboratively with patients to restore balance, strengthen resilience, and support whole-body wellbeing. Her approach integrates Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Functional Medicine to address both the root causes and the symptoms of imbalance.

Rosalind holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for nuance, sensitivity, and the subtle layers of human experience—qualities that later informed her therapeutic work. She went on to study Traditional Chinese Medicine at the New England School of Acupuncture and then Pacific College of Health and Science in New York City (formerly Pacific College of Oriental Medicine), graduating in 2007 with a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is board-certified by the NCCAOM and licensed by the California Acupuncture Board.

With nearly two decades in practice, Rosalind has completed extensive continuing education in Women’s Health and Hormonal Support, Anxiety and Depression, and Immune System Regulation. She is especially passionate about Chinese herbal medicine and incorporates it frequently to complement acupuncture, nourish the body’s systems, and support lasting healing. Her treatment philosophy emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and patient-centered care—meeting each person with compassion and individualized attention.

Patients often describe sessions with Rosalind as grounding and transformative. They note that she is gentle yet effective, a great listener, and someone who helps them feel “deeply seen and supported” in their healing process. Many say their treatments have helped them manage stress more easily, sleep better, improve digestion and hormone balance, and feel more at home in their own bodies.

Rosalind is honored to care for her community in Silver Lake and beyond, and she remains dedicated to lifelong learning and therapeutic integrity, continually refining her practice to offer thoughtful, evidence-informed, heart-centered care.
